We want you to love your hands-free experience, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new Kiziks aren't the perfect fit, we'll help you find the right pair or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size or color, a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and place your unworn shoes back in their original box, ensuring all tags and inserts are included.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
